去爬山英语作文一：Climbing the Hill

Oct. 7th, 20XX

We went to Yulong mountain this weekend. There were six persons in our group. We gathered together at our school gate at 8:00 on Saturday. We started to climb the mountain at 8:30 and get to the top at 10:00 am. We had lunch at the top of the mountain. After lunch, we arranged some free activities , such as singing, dancing and game playing. We returned at 5:00 pm. In order to have a good time, every member of our group prepared necessities by themself, such as tent, sleeping bag, coat, water, food, and so on. What a happy day!

One day, all my family went to climb a mountain. There father told my elder sister and me that the first one to get to the top of the mountain would be given a toy. Hearing this, we began to run up. On the top we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had a picnic. At dusk, we went down the mountain happily. I was the happiest one, because I not only got a toy train but also knew that one shouldn't give up readily.

It's spring now. The weather is warm and comfortable. It's a good time for hiking. Therefore, my teacher organized a climbing for us. There is a beautiful mountain in my city and it's target this time. We took bus there and arrived there at 9 p.m.. After we took off the bus, we started to climb. The mountain is high but the scenery is beautiful. We are so excited that we climbed fast at first. But after a while, some of us were tired,especially girls. They did not want to go on anymore. But some others encouraged and helped them. All of us slowed down our speed, so that no one was left behind. About 11:00 p.m., we got to the top of the mountain. We were so happy that we did it. We feel that all the tiredness were worth it.
